Who should buy ZOOZEE Z50

  • If you are on a tight budget, the ZOOZEE Z50 is an excellent option because it has an affordable price, but can still provide quality cleaning performance.
  • If you live in a large house, and you plan to use the mopping function for your whole house, the ZOOZEE Z50 is suitable for you because it has one of the largest water tank capacities of up to 0.4L.
  • If your home is prone to dirt (which quickly accumulates), you might appreciate the strong suction power of the ZOOZEE Z50, which is up to 3000 Pa. It has one of the strongest suction powers in this price range.

Who should NOT buy ZOOZEE Z50

  • If you want to customize the created map in the app where you can create virtual boundaries, choose selective room cleaning, and name each room, it might be better to look for a robot vacuum equipped with an LiDAR navigation system like the Roborock S6 Pure, or the Ecovacs Deebot N8 PRO.
  • If you have long hair, or if you have furry pets in your home, you might have to frequently cut out hair that is stuck in the brush. If you don’t have enough time to maintain the brush, you might want to look for a robot vacuum equipped with a hair-resistant brush like the iRobot Roomba i7.

The ZOOZEE Z50 has one of the strongest suction powers, and largest water tanks within its price range. It has an affordable price, but it provides outstanding vacuuming and mopping.

It has a suction power of up to 3000 Pa, which is high even when compared to some other more expensive robot vacuums. With this suction power, it can provide thorough and deep cleaning even on carpets. It can also automatically increase its suction power when detecting carpets, which is great if you have hard floors and carpets because it will only use its maximum suction power on areas that need it, which helps in optimizing the battery life.
The ZOOZEE Z50 comes with 2 compartments; the dust bin only, and the 2-in-1 dust bin and water tank. When the dust bin is attached it will only vacuum, but when the 2-in-1 dust bin and water tank are attached, the ZOOZEE Z50 can vacuum and mop at the same time. It has an impressively large water tank considering that it is a 2-in-1 dust bin and water tank. Most robot vacuums with a 2-in-1 compartment don’t have enough room for the water tank, so they often have a small water tank. But this is not the case with the ZOOZEE Z50 that has a 0.4L water tank. The water tank is equipped with an electric water pump that allows you to control the water flow, and prevents water from leaking when the mop is not in use.

You can control the ZOOZEE Z50 using the app, remote control and voice integrations, such as Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. The app offers more controls and features than the remote control and voice integrations, so if you want to maximize your cleaning experience, it is a great idea to install the designated companion app. Within the app, you can see the created map, but unfortunately, unlike other robot vacuums, such as the Roborock S6 MaxV, the map is not exactly precise and you cannot customize it. You cannot name each room, divide the rooms or create virtual boundaries on the map. On the bright side, the map is still a great feature because it helps the ZOOZEE Z50 to calculate the most efficient path to take so that it can get through all the areas of your house.

Even if it doesn’t allow you to create a virtual boundary in the map, it comes with a magnetic strip that works the same as the virtual boundary. The magnetic strip prevents the ZOOZEE Z50 from crossing an area. You can place it in an area where there are a lot of cords, or in the area where your pet’s water bowl is placed so that the ZOOZEE Z50 won’t spill water, and won’t get tangled with the cords.

Overall, the ZOOZEE Z50 is worth the buy, and is suitable for those who are new to robot vacuums because it is very easy to use and has an affordable price. It is also great to use for everyday cleaning because it has an outstandingly high suction power and has a large water tank.
