Neabot Q11

The Neabot Q11 has an eye-catching, auto-empty base. Other robot vacuums that have an auto-empty base have a regular box-shaped base, but the Neabot Q11 has a stylish and unique, boot-shaped auto-empty base.

The auto-empty base has a capacity of 2.5 liters, so can hold a month’s worth of dirt. This is very helpful for those who don’t have enough time to regularly empty the dust bin, and those who have dust allergies. However, the suction of the auto-empty base is not strong enough, and it struggles to collect heavy debris from the dust bin of the robot vacuum.

The Neabot Q11 can efficiently deep clean your floors, due to its outstanding suction power of up to 4000 Pa. It has one of the strongest suction powers compared to other robot vacuums. It also has a carpet boost where it can automatically increase the suction power when detecting carpets. This is great if you have both hard floors and carpets, because it uses the standard suction power on hard floors, and only switches to the maximum suction power when detecting carpets to optimize the battery life.

The Neabot Q11 has a low profile, even if it is equipped with a LiDAR navigation system. Other robot vacuums, such as the Roborock S6, and the Ecovacs Deebot Ozmo 920 that are equipped with LiDAR navigation have a higher height and frequently get stuck because of the turret on top. The LiDAR navigation of the Neabot Q11 is hidden, which solves this issue.

The LiDAR navigation system is efficient; it can thoroughly clean every space in your room, and can create an accurate map within the app. It also knows where it already has, and hasn't, cleaned. However, the hidden LiDAR might be a minor inconvenience because unlike the Roborock S6, and the Ecovacs Deebot Ozmo 920, that always return to their charging base and don’t get lost, the Neabot Q11 doesn’t always find its way back to the charging base and sometimes gets lost.

The Neabot Q11 is equipped with AI obstacle detection technology, so it can avoid small objects like socks, pet bowls, and slippers. This prevents the robot vacuum from getting stuck on objects, and from pushing small objects while cleaning.

Aside from vacuuming, the Neabot Q11 can also mop; it has a 2-in-1 dust bin and water tank. The water tank is equipped with an electric pump, hence, you can control the water flow and prevent leaks. However, since the water tank takes up some of the space in the dust bin, the dust bin has a smaller capacity. The dust bin only has a capacity of 0.25L compared to the Roborock S5 Max, and the iRobot Roomba 981, that have a 0.5L capacity. However, since the Neabot Q11 has an auto-empty bin, the small dust bin of the robot vacuum is not a big problem.

You can control the Neabot Q11 through the app, which offers a lot of options and features. It allows you to create custom-shaped virtual boundaries, unlike other robot vacuums that only allow you to create a box-shaped boundary. You can also monitor the cleaning of the robot vacuum because it has real-time mapping. It allows you to set a schedule for cleaning, and control when the auto-empty base will empty the dust bin.

The downside of the Neabot Q11 is that it can be noisy. It produces a loud noise when using its maximum suction power, and when the auto-empty base empties the dust bin. Moreover, the brush is prone to hair tangles so you have to frequently cut out hair that is stuck in the bristles of the brush.

Overall, even if the Neabot Q11 has some drawbacks, but it can still provide efficient cleaning and it's easy to use because of its outstanding suction power, auto-empty base, and efficient obstacle avoidance.
