Who should buy Kyvol Cybovac E20

  • If you have pets or active kids in your home, the Cybovac E20 might satisfy you because it is quiet and despite having a strong suction power. It won't disturb your sleeping pets or kids, and at the same time, will easily clean pet hairs and small crumbs.
  • Those with carpets might like the automatic boost suction feature of the Cybovac E20 because it automatically increases its suction power when detecting carpets.
  • The Cybovac E20 is perfect for apartments and small houses because it has a relatively long battery life that can clean the whole floor on a single charge.
  • If you are looking for a robot vacuum at an affordable price, yet has a quality cleaning performance, the Cybovac E20 might be the one you are looking for.

Who should NOT buy Kyvol Cybovac E20

  • If you are looking for a robot vacuum with a systematic cleaning and that supports a smart navigation system, you might want to check the Cybovac E30 instead because it uses LDS navigation system which the Cybovac E20 doesn't have.
  • If you have a complicated floor plan with a lot of furniture, you might not be satisfied with the Cybovac E20 because it cannot easily maneuver around obstacles since it last a smart navigation system.

This is our verdict of the Kyvol Cybovac E20 based on several hours of research of reviews from both experts and users.
Updated 25-03-2021

The Kyvol Cybovac E20 supports impressive features and an outstanding cleaning performance for its low price.

The Cybovac E20 can be manipulated via the remote control, app, or voice control. The remote control basically provides all the features already, but if you want to see the cleaning history as well, you can download the app. Both the remote control and app allow you to control the cleaning path of the Cybovac E20 manually. You can instruct it to go forward, backward, to the left and right. Some users, however, have complained that they had a hard time manipulating the robot vacuum controls.

It has an above-average suction power, as compared to its competitors, of up to 2000 Pa, which can easily take in dirt from any type of floor, from bare floors to medium-pile carpets. The Cybovac E20 also supports Boost Intellect Technology that can come in handy for those who have carpets because the robot automatically increases its suction power when detecting carpets to provide a more thorough cleaning.

The Cybovac E20 has a low profile of 2.85 inches and it can easily travel under low-lying furniture, such as under beds, sofas, and other areas that are hard to reach. It allows the Cybovac E20 to clean a broader range as well as areas that are frequently not given attention to but have a lot of dirt.

With a 55 dB noise level, which is lower than its other competitors, the Cybovac E20 can clean its utmost best while not disturbing those in the same room.

Nevertheless, it's important to note that the Cybovac E20 navigates the floor randomly. It bounces from furniture to furniture, hoping to cover the whole area. It has a lesser efficiency in cleaning than robot vacuums that utilize a smart navigation system. It may clean a specific area twice, but it can also leave an area uncleaned. Additionally, it can have a hard time finding its charging dock when you press the "home" button in the remote control or app. It can, however, still manage to cover the whole area, especially if you put it in a small room and it can even find its docking station after a few minutes.

Another downside of not having a smart navigation system is that it can't support virtual boundaries. However, the Cybovac E20 can still set barriers for areas that you don't want the robot vacuum to go to because it comes with a magnetic boundary strip.

Overall, despite its low price, the Cybovac E20 still manages to support innovative features that helps the robot vacuum provide a great cleaning experience to its users.

Kyvol E20
Purchased one and was totally blow away by the performance. We thought we had a clean house and amazed every time we ran the cleaner as to how much it picks up. We dld not want to be without if there was a problem, so bought a 2nd. Now we run them both at the same time and continue to be amazed. Replacement parts that wear out are inexpensive and readily available.
