Dreametech D9

The Dreametech D9 is an affordable robot vacuum that is equipped with features that you can only see on more expensive robot vacuums. Not all robot vacuums at this price range have 3000 Pa suction power, and a smart navigation system.

The Dreametech D9 is equipped with a LiDAR navigation system, so it can create an accurate map within the app. You can see the real-time mapping in the app, and it shows you that the Dreametech D9 thoroughly cleans your room, and cleans all the areas. It can also efficiently maneuver around chair legs, and only rarely gets stuck.

It has an outstandingly high suction power of up to 3000 Pa. This high suction power is mostly seen on robot vacuums with a higher price than the Dreametech D9 like in the Ultenic T10, and the Proscenic M8 PRO. With this high suction power, it doesn’t have issues with high pile carpets and can clean even deeply embedded dirt on carpets. It also has a carpet boost, which is great for those who have different floor types. It only uses maximum suction when detecting carpets, and goes back to the normal suction setting when a carpet is not detected to save battery.

Aside from vacuuming it also has a mopping function. It is equipped with an electric pump, so you can control the water flow through the app and prevent unnecessary water leaks. However, like most robot vacuums with a mop, the Dreametech D9 cannot remove tough stains from the floor. So you still need to use your regular mop once in a while. The mopping function of the Dreametech D9 is great for maintenance only. Moreover, the water tank of the Dreametech D9 is a bit small and can only contain 0.27L of water, unlike the Roborock S6 MaxV, that has a 0.3L capacity. So if you use it in a large area, you might need to refill the water tank. In terms of the dustbin, the Dreametech D9 has a capacity of 0.57L.

You can control the Dreametech D9 through the app and voice control. The app allows you to customize the created map, and you can create virtual boundaries, divide the rooms, name each room, and create cleaning zones. There are two virtual boundaries in the app which are the "no-go" zones and "no-mop" zones. The no-mop zones are only followed by the robot vacuum if the mopping attachment is attached. The no-mop zones are great to use in areas with carpets, so that the mop won’t ruin your carpet.

Overall, the Dreametech D9 is worth it because with its price you can get advanced features, such as a high suction power and a LiDAR navigation system, which are usually seen on more expensive robot vacuums.
